Tambour helps all types of social, cultural and environmental impact projects, whatever their form, shape (non-profit, for-profit, citizen projects), size and goals.
We have a natural affinity with non-profits and coops, but we have all had experiences in other structures (institutions, for-profits, activists). We can naturally help those to.
Tambour does not work with projects or project leaders that showcase racist, specist, sexist or brutal capitalistic behaviors.
We also try to not engage with projects or teams that have no strategy or no desire to address rampant toxic dynamics (ex: high burnout rates)
Although we believe in ambition, we also appreciate humility. We prefer not working with enlightened "leader heros" that are full of themselves.
