Since we are in touch with a lot of strategic information from a lot of different organizations (sometimes competing) we take immense care in not talking about the projects outside of our communications with the client or within the collective.
If the project includes partnership development, we can share what has been agreed with the client.
We try not to lose time criticizing people or projects we don't adhere to or that we are in conflict with. Team meetings are a good place to let some steam off, otherwise we keep it classy.
As we work in social change we do promote critical thinking. We use facts about project goals, values and people's behaviours. We try not to personalize our critical insights or talk about intents (which are almost always good). We focus our tactical minds on behaviours and dynamics.
